A Blah Day
Cannot seem to get motivated to do anything today. The weather is somewhat dreary because bad weather is headed our way. Carrie and Cheryl came over with the kids to dye Easter eggs today. I was once again not prepared, and stressed out all morning long. Nicolas proved to be difficult as is most often the case with a 2 1/2 year old. He did not want to participate in any of the events including the pizza that Carrie had bought for the children, or the Easter Egg Hunt. He is not sick. I assume he was tired, so I put him to bed as soon as they left.
Aah, peace at last. Somedays, I just need the quiet, and today is one of those days. In order to better my mood, I have been contemplating what to sew next for Nicolas. The weather has been very warm for the month of March, and they say that the weather will be even warmer in April. I am not particularly fond of Nicolas in shorts and a T-shirt, because of his height. So, I thought about making him a few more JonJons. Then I am going to sew a few things for my new niece. That should be fun.
